EBS Kids · Play Curio

Overview

We directed the U.S. localization and official YouTube channel launch for Peet the Forest Detective (an EBS Kids / Play Curio co-production), transforming the award-winning eco-documentary animation into an optimized digital asset for American audiences. Our team built a localized video pipeline, designed search-optimized metadata, and leveraged viewer analytics to scale the channel's initial footprint. By aligning daily YouTube operations with a forward-looking product strategy, we laid the operational groundwork for a content-to-commerce ecosystem, positioning the franchise for upcoming direct-to-consumer e-commerce expansions.

Content-to-Commerce ecosystem

Our objective for the hit educational franchise Peet the Forest Detective was to successfully launch and manage its content operations within the competitive U.S. digital market. We assumed control of day-to-day YouTube management, developing an agile post-production workflow to convert the unique 3D animation and live-action ecology blend into highly click-ready videos. By prioritizing localized metadata, algorithmic growth, and audience engagement, we didn't just build a viewership base—we designed an operational foundation built to seamlessly support future e-commerce and merchandise expansion.

To bring Samsung 837X to life, we developed and executed a comprehensive content strategy and brand activation roadmap optimized for the metaverse. Focused on driving deep community participation, our agency delivered a high-impact digital ecosystem featuring interactive gamified quests, exclusive NFT rewards, and live-streamed hybrid events. By seamlessly blending immersive storytelling with decentralized technology, the campaign transformed passive viewers into active brand advocates, setting a new benchmark for corporate brand activations in the Web3 space.
